How do I sign up?

Students required to purchase a meal plan will indicate their meal plan when they select housing. Students who are not required to purchase a meal plan may do so by visiting or calling the Business Office (1-800-334-4111 & press 6; located in J.A. Campbell Administrative Building) or completing the online meal plan sign up form and charge the plan to their student account.

Can I change my dining plan?

Yes. During the first two weeks of the semester, you have the opportunity to change your Dining Membership. Fill out this online form or visit the Business Office with your Campbell ID and fill out a Membership Change Form to adjust your plan.

Do unused meals carry over to the following week?

All Access Meal Plan members enjoy unlimited meals at Marshbanks Dining Hall or 1 Meal Exchange Combo per meal period and those meals never expire. If you are on the 12 or 5 Meal Plan you receive a weekly allotment of meals and unused meals do not carry over from week to week. If you are on the 50 Block Plan you have 50 meals to use throughout the semester. The 50 Meals will expire at the end of the semester.

Do unused Camel Bucks carry over to the following semester?

Camel Bucks must be used within the same semester the meal plan is purchased and do not rollover to the following semester.

When do I receive my meals?

The weekly meal cycle begins on Wednesday and runs through Tuesday night. Every Wednesday, you will receive your full amount of weekly meals available.

What are the meal periods and how do they work for each plan?

What is the difference between Camel Bucks and Creek Bucks?

Camel Bucks are associated with meal plan purchases and are redeemable at all on-campus dining locations. These funds do not rollover to the next semester. Creek Bucks are created when funds are deposited onto your Camel Card and are redeemable at the Campbell University bookstore, vending, and all on-campus dining locations. Balances carry forward as long as actively enrolled or employed at Campbell University. For more information on Creek Bucks please visit the Campbell University Business Office FAQ page.

Can I treat a friend to a meal?

Meals on your Meal Plan are only for your use and you may use only one meal per meal period. If you would like to treat a guest, you can use Camel Bucks, Creek Bucks, cash, check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
